CREDIT AND REFUND POLICY FOR REGISTERED PARTICIPANTS
Considering the current situation regarding Covid-19, the Crossroads Festival organizers have taken the decision to postpone all events to May 2023. Please read on for our policy details regarding credits and refunds.
1. Your registration is automatically credited and carried forward to the 2023 edition of the Crossroads Festival Tremblant. This applies to all activities:
Gran Fondo Mont-Tremblant, all distances
Gravel Fondo, all distances
Critérium, all categories
2. Your registration is now transferrable to another person (family member, friend, colleague, etc.). To do this, please contact the organization by email at email@example.com at the latest 30 days before the 2023 events.
3. Your registration is also refundable. You must request it by completing this form. Refunds will be made beginning on April 25, 2022 by check or bank transfer. The initial transaction having been made in 2019 or 2020, it is impossible for us to make a refund directly to your credit card. Please note that the amount reimbursed will include the registration fees, the contribution to the Fédération québécoise des sports cyclists and applicable taxes. Transaction fees are not refunded ($10). You have until May 31, 2022 to submit your refund request.
